I can deal with difficult customers. They're fine. They have taste.

But Psyche Diggle?

I have been severely traumatised. The school shouldn't go around making it worse.

I just wanted to say that I am getting better. The glass was every where and the Healer said it might leave some lasting damage. She did not say it, but I know she meant scars. Is it bad that I I want to smile again? My smile will be gone the way it was before. Scars!

It is a shame that the New Year's Gala was so drastically interrupted, as it was otherwise quite an interesting night.

Muggles have a very different taste in clothes. I spoke to one lady at the Gala who told me that every decade or so, large shoulders come into fashion. I think this is awful - well, for ladies at least. And two-toned shoes! I just do not understand it.

The speeches were alright if you enjoy such things, I suppose.

Anyhow, I am packing for school, and I expect I will see you on the train some time tomorrow, or once we arrive.

Happy Christmas to you all.

By suggestion of the girl in the question herself, this is a poll.

Have you ever wanted to kill Miss Psyche (Kiki) Diggle?

Speak up, feel free, we won't judge you.

I despise when people come into the store in ragtag clothes that look like they are from twenty years ago.

If you are going to come into the most prestigious and best robes shop in England, can't you at least have the decency to dress like you belong there? It's not hard. Common courtesy very much appreciated.

I was right when I said it would be busy when I arrived home. Not an hour after arriving home I was back into my preferred heels and dress, and in the shop, helping people find the right clothes for them. I generally don't get to help our most important customers, but it is always exciting to see them come in.

Mother says I am especially here to help everyone under the age of twenty. I suppose that is one way to make sure she sees to everyone importance, but my lovely schoolmates, if you are looking for dress robes, do stop by. Ours are the very best, and I would be thrilled to see a familiar face.

And Mother handed me an invitation for the New Year's Gala almost the moment I stepped off the train. My anxiety was not required.

I am of course relieved that the New Year's Gala is to go on. I hope this new announcement means Mother will be sending word on whether we are to attend - she has been markedly silent on the topic.

Either way, I am sure this will be good for business as the Wizarding elite turn out to Twilfitt and Tatting's for their seasonal attire, which is to be particularly lovely this year. Mother has been sending me some images of the designs, and they are simply exquisite!

I will be helping out on the floor as of the moment I arrive home, to guarantee that everyone gets helped. It will be busy, but this is my favourite time of the year!

Circe! How many times do I have to tell you to call me Ophelia before it will stick? It has been more than three years.

I have realised that wearing stilettos in the castle is not only against school regulations, it is dangerous! I broke the heel off one of my shoes earlier when it was caught in a crack in the floor. I had to walk back to the dormitory barefoot to keep from hobbling and breaking an ankle, as that would have been a disaster. Then I had to bathe my feet for a full quarter of an hour to get all the grot of the castle off. They were lovely shoes, it is a dreadful shame. Guess I will have to go back to wedges or flats.
